Walmart scores every order on whether it arrived on time and in full. That part is trucking — no software prevents it. What we prevent is the paperwork penalty stacked on top of it: your confirmations, shipment notices, and invoices go out matching Walmart’s rules exactly, so a document deduction never lands on top of a delivery problem.

Late or short shipments
Whether the truck arrived on time and the order shipped in full is a trucking outcome. Your paperwork can be perfect and you can still get an on-time penalty if the freight ran late. We show you the deadline; we don’t move the freight.
What’s actually in the box
We check that the carton barcodes and contents in your shipment notice all agree with each other. But if what’s physically in the box doesn’t match what the label says, that’s a warehouse mistake no software can see.

Some penalties depend on your history with a retailer — repeat mistakes, totals over a season. Those build up across your account over time. What we control is each document: every one goes out clean, so none of them add to that record.
